Description:
A Trinco Direct Pressure Cabinet utilizes an A.S.M.E. coded pressure vessel to pressurize blast media. When the foot pedal control is depressed, pressurized air from the air compressor is released into the pressure vessel, pressurizing the media from the vessel through the blast hose, nozzle and onto the work piece
Most pressure blast cleaning is done at 40-60 PSI. Due to these lower pressures, media breakdown is reduced even though a high volume, high velocity stream of media is being directed at the work piece. Most of the media is recovered through the recycling process
Trinco Direct Pressure Blast Cabinets are ideal for the very tough jobs, for applications where large surfaces must be cleaned quickly, and for production blast cleaning requirements
